Produce an image for each icon in the Material Design icons set. This could be done manually, but it could also probably be scripted and done automatically.
Pin images should be in PNG format, with the same size and transparency mask as the existing Unkown-pin.png, and names should be prefixed with 'MD-' and suffixed with -pin.png.
