Produce an image for each flag in the set of international country flags set. This could be done manually, but it could also probably be scripted and done automatically.
Pin images should be in PNG format, with the same size and transparency mask as the existing Unknown-pin.png, and names should be the country code suffixed with -cf-pin.png.
