Electors not being successfully loaded in the app #59

As title. Suspect is youyesyet.routes.rest/get-local-data (by which I mean, this is almost certainly the problem).

H'mmm.

  1. youyesyet.routes.rest/get-local-data appears to be working;
  2. The problem is intermittent.
