This might or might not be the same problem, but once again, after the program did an automatic upgrade, what worked before doesn't work now. Shows:
Something went wrong
The scan failed due to an unknown error.

Describe the bug
Hi Sorry if this is not the right place to ask for help. Could not find a support link.
Can't use the app. After starting and click the scan button, I receive the error window attached in screenshots. The scanner (an Epson wf-2630) works fine with Epson's software and worked with your app one time or two, but not anymore.
I've tried to uninstall and install again, but the issue remains.
Can you please help me to get scanner work? I'm using Windows 11 pro version 21H2 in an Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900KF CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz machine with 32Gb ram.
