Download a copy of the covariates when producing the markdown #20

This will need explaining, but we will either give users the option to download a fully reproducible version, or to download a zip containing the common$covs which will be read in instead of re-downloading the rasters. This has the benefit of ensuring reproducibility in the future in case e.g APIs stop working

Add an option to rep_markdown to allow full download if the user wants it. Need to check what the rmd comes out like though...
