Things to clean up inside gmusicapi/test:

attempt to clean up state even after failures (eg after uploading, or this happens). this looks useful
limit server communication. there are some things that can be mocked and run locally (if there end up being a lot of local tests, consider breaking them into different suites)
surely those "monolithic tests" can be made nicer

Test dependency is a big problem, but http://pythonhosted.org/proboscis should be able to help with this.
