CSS: Fix border color around index list in black theme #248

@dpieski Is this with the black theme and latest sist2 version? What browser are you using? It looks ok on my side with v2.11.6:

Sorry! I should have looked into it more. When I use a private Edge browser, it works fine. In my main Edge browser, it's doing the above, even after I clear the cache for the site so I must have a setting wrong somewhere.

It appears to work correctly everywhere else.

Yes I do. And it is enabled in the incognito mode as well.
