Duplicate elment value - enum values #48

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define an enum like:
  enum Maxs {
    MAX_A = 8;
    MAX_B = 8;
  }

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This works for the standard Protogen, but not for your implementation.  Should 
be able to set enum values to any integer and allow duplicates.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.04M, host Windows XP
