Add support for openpyxl #49

16 bit record length in xls may be limiting - openpyxl supports larger number
of output records xlsx. For large inventories this would be an advantage.

Right, I have fixed the email notifications of issues...

I'll look into openpyxl. Have been thinking about using xlsx, but didn't get
any further than that.

Done. Check out a copy of the latest trunk if you want to test. Note openpyxl
requires a newer version of lxml than was installed with the last self
contained windows version of metageta.

Commits r874, r875 and r876.
