It's not clear how to draw new question card #36

Steps:

  1. User was clicking on the card with the question to do something.
  2. Found the LEVEL 1 card on the right and clicked it.
  3. After finding that no longer tried clicking the center card due to nothing happening on step 1.

Problems:

  1. It's not clear what's clickable and what's no.
  2. Intuitively users click the question card to switch the question.
