Problem when using FID only for kids #18

We now have a problem while trying to do what I mentionned here: https://github.com/simoncarrignon/mixed-transmission/issues/14#issuecomment-1823144878 We can't rely on fid anymore to by move family ; but need also to get the parents of people moving. The actual implementation of reassignFamiliesToNewCommunity. Working on these thing on branch fidchange
