In parallel to #28 , there are still some problems with new settlements that overlap others

Still having problem when world isfull to reassigne population


Error in reassignFamiliesToNewCommunityNoFIDs(ol, population, F_Th/2,  : 
  cumulative_size[length(cumulative_size)] == sum(population[,  .... is not TRUE
