More thoroughly explain Bitcoin & other blockchain technology. #4

Starting to think I should have a more general "this is the ecosystem" type section in the introduction, since I keep mentioning blockchains such as Ethereum, but never explain what it is. Would not be too technical.

Alternatively, I could keep it is a simple as that and only start introducing the more complex blockchains (Ethereum, NDCoin, Zennet, etc) in chapter 5. (Although chapter 4 is about DAOs which heavily rely on Ethereum as background).
