New functionalities that are implemented:

Management of large galaxy catalogs on dedicated hdf5 files and utility functions for their creation.
Multi population mass models with notch filtering
Redshift evolving mass models
Spin/mass models
Mixture models for CBC merger rates
New wrappers for w0CDM and w0waCDM cosmology

Bug fixes:

Fixed the angular part of the DEFAULT spin model. (Marginals were correct but not the joint probability)
