Toolbox Completely Broken as of 19.0.1084.30 #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install Chrome Toolbox

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Double-click on tabs will not close tabs.  Typing a URL will not open in a new 
tab.  Clicking a link will not open in a new tab.  Basically all features are 
completely broken at this point.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Toolbox 1.0.29
Windows 7 x64 SP1

Please provide any additional information below.
