'always open links in a new tab' duplicates tab #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open link a new tab
2.it actually opens the link in a new tab, but it also opens the link in the 
tab you where in, so you have two tabs with the same link

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is the link opened in the new tab but not in both tabs (the 
new one and the one i was in)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 1.0.29, win 7, Chrome 18.0.1025.168 m

Please provide any additional information below.
