What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turning off/on Chrome Toolbox
2. Opening Google Chrome
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Uh, it's supposed to work.

Chrome Toolbox: 1.0.30
Google Chrome: 18.0.1025.168
Windows 7, 64bit.
Please provide any additional information below.
- Whenever I start Google Chrome/Toolbox it flashes a warning saying "Google
Chrome has stopped working."
- I've turned off every other extension and I've pinpointed that it only does
it when I have Chrome Toolbox enabled.
- I've uninstalled Chrome-Toolbox and it still happens.
