Scroll wheel stops on a tab who has chrome "Ctrl+F search field" active. #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a few tabs.
2. Focus one of the middle (not the first nor the last to a more notorious 
effect).
3. Ctrl+F to activate the chrome search field.
4. Focus another tab.
5. Play with the scroll wheel function through the tabs.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: forward and back scroll through the tabs.
What I see: scrolls sucks on the activated search field tab. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Toolbox (by Google) - Version: 1.0.26
Chrome 12.0.742.112
WinXP SP3
