What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a video in the popout window
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The frame of the popout does not appear. Instead, a black frame is seen, with
the pin button. Maximising then restoring the window brings in the normal Aero
frame.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Vista SP2, Chrome 13.0.782.107, Toolbox 1.0.27
