What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing latest version of chrome toolbox
2. option is initially available
3. when restart browser option vanishes
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
no mute all option
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest version on xp sp3

uninstalling / reinstalling the extension doesnt seem to work
