Unfortunately there is no current way of installing with just the POM file. 
This is 
because this plugin has not been added into one of the main stream internet 
repositories.

You will need to install the JAR (and possibly the POM) into your own 
repository 
(i.e. Nexus, or your local cache) using mvn install.

I have made a request to have this plugin added to the main stream repository.
