Enhancement: Output to a different filename #7

When I replace tokens, I want to output to a different file name. I have
modified the source. Please see the attached patch.

I have included this feature in v1.0.1.
An optional parameter has been added: <outputFile>...</outputFile>
If this parameter is specified, the modified contents will be written to the 
file.
