data-checked attribute issue #36

Hi, there is an issue with the data-checked attribute.

All
1. One
2. Two
  1. Three
    1. Four
  2. Five

</ul>`

in this case data-checked will not check the parent and the children. the same issue can be reproduced it data-checked='1' is added to the element <li data-value='2' data-id='2'>. any thoughts please?

I fixed it. Ijquery.qubit.js was out-dated
