Added Tracking Links from Microsoft and some Amazon Links

A good Addon I use in the browser is neat URL they already have a wide definitionlist, but beside the MS and Amazon it seems identical now: https://github.com/Smile4ever/Neat-URL/blob/master/options.js

Nice! Thanks for that pull request. I added an issue for being able to also load this list from a file, so it can be extended easily.
