Create graph/convolution based condition predictor model #3

In order to most accurately carry out clustering and reproduce the position of the hit a NN model should be made. This should then be used to compare the resolutions of the simulated and generated samples to make sure they are consistent. This should provide an uncertainty along with the prediction.
