feat: pass custom extension to marked #127

Ths PR allows the user to pass a custom extension to the marked parser. see https://marked.js.org/using_pro#extensions

Hey sorry somehow I never got around to releasing this 🙈 I just did, so with 5.2.0 this should be available now.
