[AppImage] lftp #1

The AppImage for lftp will not run on Ubuntu 16.04 due to being built on a system with newer libs. A working AppImage build script has been created, but the AppImage build script functions are not ready yet.

Waiting about a week for an update upstream otherwise removing lftp from the list until the AppImage build scripts are ready to go.

lftp: /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.25' not found (required by /tmp/.mount_lftpwYinlf/local/bin/../lib/libgnutls.so.30)

The latest release of lftp does not contain an AppImage release. Will monitor lavv17/lftp#396 for changes, but removing lftp from the list for now.
