Fixed bug #49 (pause timebar) - progress bar wasn't being updated when when video was paused. Only affected when video is paused while the controls aren't visible.
Added up/down button support to increase/decrease the custom seek time option

thanks! this bug always needs the work around to hit Info for a refreshed status and then hit pause.

Hope to see it in next update, as using the dev mode always takes more time to start the app :-)
