Setup and examples build now succeed on Cygwin. Tested on Cygwin and Linux Mint 19.

Tested on both platforms with ColdFrame and associated tools first in ~ and then in ~/Tools. Tested with air-traffic-control project. All builds work.

Excellent stuff!

I grumbled a bit about the default SAXON_CLASSPATH having changed, but have to admit it’s in line with where other dependencies are to be found!
