What's the problem?
Cannot unlock the folder

expected : should unlock the folder

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
version 3.8 windows ultimate 32bit

Any previous version produced the same problem ?
no

I tried rescue center but the folder itself is not available there

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
English
