doesn't work with japanese locale? #79

What's the problem?
Program doesn't work with Japanese locale. I changed from english to japanese 
to run some games, but can't unlock folder. Even with clearsettings and 
reinstall, putting in a new master password still unable to unlock.

How often you face this problem ?
When I use it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Correct password entered, but it returns invalid password

What version of the product are you using? On what version of Windows?
3.10.3

Any previous version produced the same problem ?

What is the language of your operating system and keyboard ?
Language : english Keyboard : english Locale : Japanese
