Hmm, looks like I had a few other commits I hadn't pulled to master (I think I switched to Search to do some work)

Anyway,

In prod, the suburbs should come from locations.json and be stored in cache, rather than run each time. That should be a bit quicker
Fixed the tag search issue that came as a result of merge #193
A few master merges (there's been a lot of master merges today :D )
