ledger-mode documentation update and feature compatibility checklist #116

Adds basic drop-in configuration for emacs ledger-mode to the documentation.
Adds a checklist of working/incompatible features, some notes about the issues and an error list.

WIP, I intend to scour the github issues and compile a list of useful scripts to further improve functionality, but i wanted to get some feedback and maybe have a bit of a discussion.
