datestamp files added to sam disk image #24

When using B-DOS, date / time is shown by dir when in mode 3.

Unfortunately the B-DOS year offset is incompatible with MasterDOS (date is shown by dir date).

I also tried to find a compatible date format for the mgtdisklib default, but the years just aren't compatible. BDOS felt like the best default since more people are using it for Atom/AtomLite/Trinity.
