Add dump/autoexec directives to test/code.asm #4

When trying this out with vscode-pyz80 I realised I needed these directives. Not strictly needed, but maybe helps to avoid confusion. Thanks Simon!

I see what you mean... They're not needed by the raw code blob sent over to TrinLoad but it gives a bootable disk image that behaves the same. It's worth including them for consistency, and to avoid any confusion. Thanks!
