Not able to accept offers #6

I have my settings setup for the minimum block amount I want, all 7 days turned on and no particular time desired outside of wanting a 1 hour buffer so I can travel to the station.. I see the warehouse internal ID coming up in the search for offers, but the system doesn't accept the offer on my behalf despite it meeting my desired parameters.. Is there a setting I need to be aware of so that it does accept an offer? I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong, I've never actually got a block from this.
