Cautious not to be the "keeper of the list" and also want to make sure that pal extensions are made visible to those who may be interested. A "pallery," if you will.

I'd like folks to be able to contribute to it with little/no involvement from maintainers
Need to be able to moderate
It'd be nice to still be able to organize into groups/tags

Positron's discussion and wiki feel like formats worth reading up on, https://exts.ggplot2.tidyverse.org/gallery/ is another possibility
