Support generating overpass ql #6

As the overpass turbo query syntax was based on JOSM this should be fairly simple to do, https://github.com/simonpoole/JosmFilterParser/pull/5 adds support for ~ as a matching operator.

Somewhat trickier, maybe not really supportable will be support for "in".
