In your commits of Apr 17, 2024, you improved the bicycle lane tagging (which I very much welcome).
One more small improvement could be to add the value -1 for oneway:bicycle in: <combo key="oneway:bicycle" text="Oneway (bicycle)" values="yes,no" display_values="Yes,No"/>
