CAN Bus car article

Make a CAN Bus article showing how to control dashboard gauges from a car.

Need to get:

• 120 Ohm resistors (2): https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/313808481666 (may already have these)
• Twisted pair cable for bus (18AWG?)
• CAN feather Adafruit: https://thepihut.com/products/adafruit-rp2040-can-bus-feather-with-mcp2515-can-controller-stemma-qt?variant=42437898371267
• MINI Speedo and rev counter (ebay) - need to get the wiring from the speedo to the rev counter use R53 Cooper S from the 2001-6 period
