ska type multiple samples at once? #16

If the user used -f <file> for the locii, could you allow the positional parameters to be multiple *.skf files so we get a table of ST calls?

Thanks for the comment. You can type more than one sample at once if they are in a merged skf file, but I agree that it would be more consistent with other commands if you could provide a list of skfs on the command line and perhaps give a file for the loci. I'll try to do that ASAP.
