Make the Borderlands GOTY fix replace launcher #132

Currently Borderlands GOTY's launcher does not work so must be replaced with the game executable to be made playable. This commit adds code to do this in a way that can be overridden by setting a environment variable called "KEEP_LAUNCHER" to any value in the game's launch command.
