First CSS rule ommitted in FF3.5 after @charset #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
  1. enter          @CHARSET "UTF-8";      at the beginning of a file
  2. minify
  3. Open file in Firefox 3.5.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

  The First rule of the file is not rendered, presumably because
  FF expects some whitespace after the declaration. It is assumed
  this also applies to similar declarations such as @import.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

  Both cssmin-v1.0.1.b3.php  cssmin_v.1.0.php

Please ignore; failure was due to UTF-8 BOM.
