Demo version not in sync with release one #16

The demo available on
http://phone.witamean.net/sexy-combo/examples/index.html relies on 2.0.9,
whereas the current release version is 2.1.2.

Furthermore, the demo page of version 2.1.2 renders pretty differently from the 
2.09
version.
