combo not refreash #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. we have two combo box.. one for Company and 2nd for department
2. on change of company we fill 2nd combo of department 
3. now problme is that ones first company's department fill then when
we change 2nd company then department combo not refreash or refill..

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- .Net + c#.net

check the homepage for a fork that is in active development..
