Added the yeast workflow #34

The data folder is missing the expression data file (expression.tsv) because it is too large to be uploaded to github. As the default prior, I am using Dayanne's motif-generated prior, and as the gold standard, I am using the Gold Standard that I curated from literature.

@kostyat I tried to get Travis CI to run this workflow as a test, but even after setting the timeout to 6hours it could not complete the task (it must be underpowered). To set that up, I put the expression.tsv on a Simons Foundation dropbox that's publicly accessible, and can be copied into the right folder if run from the top-level directory of this project with the following command: wget https://www.dropbox.com/s/dhj4amz0wcfdn58/expression.tsv -P ./data/yeast

Other than the fact that we don't have an environment for running tests for this whole workflow, I'd say this is ready to merge
