HOME does not seem to be set up correctly #47

For example, on wn5916340.in.tier2.hep.manchester.ac.uk, HOME points to /scratch/condor_pool/condor/dir_16550 for a particular job. But there is a /home/$USER directory. According to https://github.com/simonsobs-uk/data-centre/issues/4#issuecomment-1911610322, HOME should points to /home/$USER instead.

I suspect in the shell initialization process, probably coupled with how HTCondor is set up too, HOME has been overridden?
