Upgrade to Vue 3

• Vuetify 2 doesn't support Vue 3
• Vuetify 3.0, which will be released in summer 2021, will support Vue 3.

  • reinitialized with Yarn and TypeScript
  • replaced Vuex with Pinia
  • Need to wait for Vuetify 3.1
  • Vuetify 3.0 won't include all necessary components
  • Vuefity 3.0 might be released by the end of this year and 3.1 next summer

Now, the latest Vuetify version is 3.3.4. It has Date Pickers and has all necessary components.

We are using Vuetify 2.6, which is the latest Vuetify 2. Vuetify 2.7 will be Backports and deprecations from v3.0.0 to help developers prepare for v3 upgrade. It might be easier to wait for Vuetify 2.7.
