Double remote instance registered #88

For book lat/hk/hk_17243_lat we have two remote instances registered. One through the usual callback mechanism (at 2024-08-23 11:17:09,840) and one through the search-files mechanism (2024-08-24 13:37:09,891) suggesting that the transfer on the site computing was not set to complete. Indeed, that transfer has no end time set, indicating that it was only successfully completed by the hypervisor. There is no error log on either machine for lat/hk/hk_17243_lat.

Two things here:

  1. Figure out why these duplicate remote instances are being registered (I would hazard a guess that it's because of #11?)
  2. Add a hypervisor task to de-duplicate the remote instances table
