As part of unifying how we're calling the scheduler (see other PR in scheduler-scripts happening soon) I needed to add some commands / options to SATp3 that has been in the other SATs. It should only add more flexibility / not break anything.
Also took the opportunity to rename stow to home in the user interface side because that's how we've actually been naming things.
